Lead the planning and design of transport strategies across large-scale, multi-disciplinary development projects. Provide subject matter expertise to ensure integrated, sustainable, and efficient mobility solutions aligned with project objectives, regulatory requirements, and delivery timelines.

Responsibilities
  • Lead transport planning studies including traffic impact assessments, mobility strategies, and master planning inputs
  • Develop and review transport models, demand forecasts, and multi-modal transport solutions
  • Provide strategic input into masterplans, ensuring alignment with land use, infrastructure, and phasing
  • Coordinate with urban planning, highways, infrastructure, and design teams to ensure integrated solutions
  • Manage design consultants and review deliverables to ensure technical quality and compliance
  • Engage with stakeholders, authorities, and regulatory bodies to secure approvals and align on transport strategies
  • Support project teams in resolving complex transport-related challenges during design and delivery phases
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in sustainability, safety, and accessibility
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • 15+ years of experience in transport planning within large-scale developments
  • Strong experience in transport modelling tools and traffic impact analysis
  • Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary coordination and stakeholder engagement
  • In-depth knowledge of regional/international transport standards and guidelines
  • Professional membership or chartership preferred
