Senior Testing and Commissioning Manager – PV Inverter Specialist
Location:
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We are seeking a Senior Testing and Commissioning Manager to lead inverter commissioning activities across utility‑scale solar PV projects. The role serves as the technical authority for inverter systems, ensuring safe energization, grid‑code compliance, reliable operation, and seamless integration with PPC, SCADA, and grid infrastructure. This high‑impact position spans engineering review, commissioning, troubleshooting, grid compliance testing, and operational handover.
Responsibilities- Lead inverter commissioning activities across utility‑scale solar PV projects.
- Act as the technical authority for inverter systems, ensuring safe energization and grid‑code compliance.
- Guarantee reliable operation and seamless integration with PPC, SCADA, and grid infrastructure.
- Conduct engineering reviews, commissioning, troubleshooting, grid compliance testing, and operational handover.
- 12+ years of utility‑scale solar PV commissioning experience.
- Expert knowledge of central and string inverter technologies.
- Strong understanding of power electronics and inverter control strategies.
- Experience with grid‑code compliance and utility acceptance testing.
- OEM commissioning experience preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Power Engineering.
