About the roleWe are seeking a Senior Site Civil Engineer Utilities to lead supervision activities across utilities infrastructure projects, ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise utilities works – water, sewer, stormwater, telecom.
- Ensure compliance with design drawings, standards, and HSE requirements.
- Lead site inspections, testing, and contractor coordination.
- Monitor project progress using digital reporting tools.
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering.
- 10‑15 years of utilities construction supervision experience.
- Strong experience in GCC infrastructure projects.
- PMP or PE preferred.
