We're Hiring — QHSE Manager (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Alsdara is looking for a QHSE Manager to lead our QHSE department and drive a strong culture of safety and compliance across our projects.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement QHSE policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with client requirements (SEC, Aramco, etc.) and Saudi regulations
- Conduct site safety audits and inspections
- Lead incident investigations and corrective actions
- Prepare QHSE reports for management
- Train staff on safety awareness
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in QHSE management
- Experience in electrical, construction or industrial sectors preferred
- Strong knowledge of Saudi safety regulations and labor law
