MAB Engineering Consulting Company is seeking a highly qualified Planning & Control Engineer to join our supervision team in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, update and monitor project schedules and progress reports.
- Review contractors’ baseline schedules, recovery plans and cash flow projections.
- Monitor project performance against approved timelines and milestones.
- Analyze project delays and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
- Coordinate with supervision teams, contractors and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor resource allocation, productivity and project controls procedures.
- Ensure compliance with project planning standards and contractual requirements.
- Support risk assessment, forecasting and project performance evaluation.
- Participate in project meetings and provide planning-related technical support.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5+ years of total experience.
- Minimum one year of GCC experience.
- Strong experience in construction supervision projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and project reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to join immediately.
