Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all commissioning activities for assigned projects
- Review commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules prepared by contractors
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth commissioning processes
- Oversee testing, inspection, and verification of mechanical, electrical, and integrated building systems
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and international standards
- Identify and resolve technical issues during commissioning stages
- Prepare and review commissioning reports, documentation, and final handover packages
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering
- Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in commissioning of large-scale construction projects
- At least 5 years of experience in GCC countries
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with an Engineering Consultancy firm
- Proven experience in Diriyah projects is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of commissioning processes for building systems (MEP)
- Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills
