EHS Officer (Telecom) – KSA

Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Position: EHS Officer (Telecom)
Nationality: Arabic Nationals / Egyptians Preferred
Salary: SAR 4,000 – 5,000
Joining: Immediate

• Implement and monitor Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements across telecom projects and sites.
• Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments for telecom installation and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with client HSE requirements, Saudi regulations, and company safety policies.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions for field teams.
• Monitor work at height, tower climbing, rigging, excavation, and electrical safety activities.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, reports, permits, and safety records.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and implementation of safety procedures at all project locations.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and client representatives on safety matters.
• Support emergency response planning and incident management activities.
• Promote a positive safety culture across all telecom operations.

• NEBOSH IGC Certification (Mandatory).
• Minimum 3–5 years of EHS experience in Telecom Projects.
• Experience in Telecom Tower, Wireless, Fiber, FTTH, OSP/ISP, or Mobile Network projects.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and permit-to-work systems.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to join immediately.
• Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
