ResponsibilitiesThe primary purpose of the Manager
- Project Fitout role is to coordinate and liaise with specialized fit‑out subcontractors, company departments, and clients regarding contractual designs, shop drawings, material submittals, and approvals for all assigned packages.
- Represent the organization and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Possess technical competence in civil and architectural works.
- Oversee civil design and installation activities on site.
- Conduct field investigations and inspections and prepare reports.
- Review, coordinate, track, and process RFIs.
- Prepare change order packages and independent estimates.
- Coordinate with Project Controls Engineers to ensure effective project delivery.
- Work with design engineers, quantity surveyors, and procurement teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assess risks related to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE).
- Monitor and report package/project achievements.
- Review subcontractor work methods and ensure compliance.
- Ensure statutory inspections are completed.
- Identify training needs within project teams.
- Maintain accurate project records and schedules.
- Coordinate material submittals, shop drawings, samples, and mock‑ups.
- Follow up on NCR closures.
- Interface with other package managers.
- Manage and monitor team performance.
- Support development of Saudi national employees and Saudization objectives.
- Provide input on succession planning and employee career growth.
- Lead with integrity, accountability, quality, and safety.
- Ensure compliance with the Code of Ethics and company values.
- Promote ethical business practices and a strong people culture.
- Drive adoption and utilization of ERP systems and digital tools.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Science, Project Management, Construction, or related field.
- NEBOSH or OSHA certification (mandatory).
- Minimum 8 years in construction and project management.
- At least 4 years in a managerial construction position.
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
