Job Overview

Powerplant Maintenance Chief Specialist (Aviation) at People Dynamics in الرياض, S01, SA. This full‑time on‑site position offers great opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities
  • Provide senior technical support for power plant maintenance activities, including engine and Auxiliary Power Unit oversight, shop visit coordination, reliability monitoring, and adherence to OEM and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the technical management, reliability, maintenance planning, and airworthiness compliance of aircraft engines, Auxiliary Power Unit, and related power plant systems.
  • Ensure reliability monitoring and adherence to OEM and regulatory requirements, including Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and Vendor Service Bulletins (VSBs).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years’ experience in aircraft engine maintenance and power plant systems management.
  • Experience working with airlines, MRO, or aviation authorities.
  • Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license is an advantage.
  • Engine type course on any of the Airbus A330, Airbus A320, Airbus A320neo, Boeing 737, Boeing 777, and Boeing 787 fleet is required.
  • Aircraft type course is a plus.
  • Understanding of Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Vendor Service Bulletins (VSBs).
  • Reliability analysis and root cause analysis / AMOS knowledge is required.
  • Familiarity with aviation regulations such as EASA, FAA, ICAO or GACA requirements.
  • Experience with maintenance planning and reliability management systems.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical report‑writing skills.
  • Proficiency in aviation maintenance and engineering software tools.
