Mobco Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Engineer to join our project team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in construction logistics planning and coordination on large-scale projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site logistics operations, coordinating material deliveries, monitoring equipment movement, and ensuring the efficient utilization of project resources to support uninterrupted construction activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project logistics plans in coordination with project management and construction teams.
  • Coordinate the movement, storage, and distribution of materials, equipment, and resources to support project activities.
  • Monitor and manage site access, traffic flow, delivery schedules, and logistics routes.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Prepare logistics schedules and ensure alignment with project construction programs.
  • Identify and resolve logistical constraints that may impact project progress.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material storage areas within the project site.
  • Ensure compliance with project safety requirements and site logistics procedures.
  • Coordinate crane utilization, equipment deployment, and transportation requirements.
  • Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders regarding permits, access requirements, and logistics-related approvals when required.
  • Prepare logistics reports, progress updates, and resource utilization reports.
  • Support project teams in optimizing site operations and improving logistical efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in logistics engineering within the construction industry.
  • Proven experience on large-scale or mega construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction logistics, material management, and site coordination.
  • Experience in logistics planning, transportation management, and resource allocation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and logistics management tools.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Mandatory Requirements
  • 7–10 years of relevant construction logistics experience.
  • Previous experience on major construction projects is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of site logistics planning and material management.
  • Experience working with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.
