Senior MEP Tender & Estimation Engineer

Salary: Up to SAR 15,000 per month (Total Package) (inclusive of base salary and fixed allowances)

About the Opportunity

We are currently supporting a leading construction organisation in Saudi Arabia that is expanding its Tendering & Estimation Department and is seeking experienced Mechanical MEP Estimation Engineers.

This role is specifically suited to professionals whose careers have been built within Tendering, Estimation or Pre-Contracts Departments. Candidates whose backgrounds are primarily Site Engineering, Project Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Technical Office, Commercial or Project Management will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing the complete Mechanical MEP tender lifecycle, including:

• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications and BOQs
• Analyse project scope and prepare accurate cost estimates
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs
• Prepare rate build-ups and pricing schedules
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Prepare technical and commercial tender submissions
• Coordinate tender clarifications with clients and consultants
• Participate in value engineering and cost optimisation exercises
• Support negotiations and post-tender activities
• Handover awarded projects to the Operations team

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

✔ Minimum 8 years' experience within dedicated:

• Pre-Contracts Departments

✔ Demonstrated ownership of the complete tender lifecycle from tender receipt through to final submission
