Benchmarking & Accreditation Auditor

Responsibilities

• Continually improving the business or the organization by evaluating the scope for improvement, comparing the current position with that of the previous one or with the business practices of the relevant competitors, and by establishing standards to be achieved.
• Comply with the requirements set out in ISO
  41001 by establishing defined processes for the TFM management system.
• Develop an Asset Management System (AMS) in accordance with the international standards ISO 55001.
• Shall adopt a disciplined approach to enable the organization to maximize value from its assets and deliver its strategic objectives by managing the facilities assets over their whole life cycle.
• Enhance customer satisfaction from improved performance and control of service delivery to the required standards
• Develop and implement asset management plans for critical assets to inform capital investment prioritization.
• Shall develop an Energy Management System (EMS) generally in accordance with the recognized international standards ISO 50001.
• Shall adopt a systematic approach (Plan-do-check-act) to enable the TFM to establish, implement, maintain, and improve their energy management within their respective areas.
• Improve energy performance from an initial baseline
• Minimize energy costs/waste without affecting operations and performance, and minimize any effects.
• Shall provide a framework of requirements which will include:
  Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy, Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy, demonstrate year-on-year energy reductions on a like-for-like basis, use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use, Measure the results, Review how well the policy works, and continually improve energy management.
• Prepare, attend ISO and Client Audits, and submit the corrective action reports on raised observations and non-conformances.
• Prepare and perform Internal Audits, including SPs, to ensure the effective implementation and compliance of ISO Standards.
• The employee is expected to be available and responsive to any requests or inquiries related to his/her area of expertise and should not refuse any mention or task related to his/her role and responsibilities.

• Bachelor of Science, Engineering, or relevant field bachelor’s degree
• ISO & QHSE certification is required
• In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations
• Have a minimum of 7 to 10 years’ relevant experience in a similar role
