Key Responsibilities Mechanical Maintenance Operations- Supervise mechanical maintenance of compression, coating, capsule filling, granulation, blistering, and packaging lines.
- Lead root cause analysis for mechanical failures.
- Ensure effective corrective and preventive maintenance implementation.
- Coordinate planned shutdown activities.
- Lead mechanical scope for new equipment transfer, erecting, installation and commissioning.
- Manage mechanical revamping, retrofitting, upgrading, and system modifications.
- Execute major overhauls and technical improvement projects.
- Review mechanical layouts and utility integration.
- Evaluate supplier proposals and technical solutions.
- Coordinate FAT/SAT and support qualification phases.
- Ensure alignment with production, quality, and safety standards.
- Develop and optimise preventive maintenance plans.
- Implement reliability‑centred maintenance strategies.
- Ensure maintenance activities meet GMP standards.
- Support deviation investigations and change control processes.
- Maintain equipment documentation and history records.
- Supervise mechanical technicians and contractors.
- Plan manpower and maintenance scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Provide technical training and coaching.
We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
- 2–5 years experience in pharmaceutical maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting experience in high‑speed production equipment.
- Experience managing equipment upgrades and revamping projects.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical regulatory environment.
- Mechanical troubleshooting expertise.
- Technical project execution capability.
- Reliability‑focused mindset.

- Strong planning and coordination skills.
