Overview
Our Client is a multidisciplinary practice that succeeds through the individual and collaborative skills of its people. They currently seek a Quantity Surveyor to work within their Asset Management Group.
Responsibilities- Support senior surveyors, learning the QS profession and developing toward full functional Quantity Surveyor responsibilities.
- Prepare costing schedules and schedules of measurement.
- Plan and manage cost and contract documentation.
- Work closely with and monitor the performance of technicians as appropriate.
- Ensure service and project work are carried out within agreed deadlines and within budget.
- Ensure that appropriate cost, contract services and design decisions are met.
- Coordinate work with other members of the project team.
To be successful, you must be degree qualified with a Bachelor’s degree (B.Eng) in Engineering plus a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience.
