Managing commissioning activities in the Special Access System (SAS), ensuring the successful integration of sensitive projects in secure environments. Coordinating a team to execute plans, maintain security, and meet project objectives while adhering to regulations and safety standards.

• Transforming design concepts into engineering drawings for SAS components, starting from standardization, specifications, sketches, base design, and schematics.

• Analyzing input data and specifications to create network configurations, engineering drawings, software plans, and other relevant documents in adherence to applicable specifications, codes, and standards.

• Participating in design reviews with customers, addressing technical comments.
• Implementing designs according to contractual standards and the base design provided by senior engineers.
• Conducting design requirements analysis, implementation, and integration while collaborating with senior design engineers.

• Releasing technical purchase orders following purchasing procedures for various items/services.
• Controlling all design documents pertinent to the project.

• Resolving technical problems during production and clarifying design-related issues with QC/Testing.

• Ability to recruit, recognize and cultivate high performers and expose them in order to create a robust second line of management.
• Ability to recognize low performers and guide them to improve or release them.
• Ability to treat subordinates equally without any discrimination.
• Assessment criteria of subordinates is performance that leads to planned results.
• Ensure availability of delegation of authority matrix to have sufficient delegations as per company policy.

• Must take full responsibility for his operation as per the job description and the required deliverables from this position, taking into consideration the general company guidelines.
