PositionRobert Bird Group is seeking Expressions of Interest for Urban Civil professionals across multiple seniority levels to support ongoing and upcoming projects across Saudi Arabia. The roles focus on the delivery of integrated urban civil design, including roads, grading, drainage, and utilities, aligned with major master planning and development programs. We are building a strong pipeline of talent across multiple levels.
Responsibilities- Lead and deliver urban civil infrastructure design, including roads, grading, drainage, and utilities
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across planning, architecture, and utilities
- Support master planning and concept to detailed design development
- Ensure compliance with local authority standards and project specifications
- Manage stakeholders, clients, and internal teams for timely project delivery
- Mentor and support junior engineers (for senior roles)
- Contribute to technical excellence and innovation across projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in urban civil infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, grading, drainage)
- Strong understanding of master planning and integrated infrastructure design
- Experience working in the Middle East, preferably in KSA
- Proficiency in Civil 3D and relevant design tools
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- For senior roles:
Demonstrated leadership and project delivery experience; client-facing and stakeholder management capability
