Structural Engineer – High-Rise & Complex Buildings; KSA

The role targets structural engineering professionals across multiple seniority levels to support ongoing and upcoming projects across Saudi Arabia, focusing on the design and delivery of building structures, including high-rise, mixed-use, and complex developments aligned with Vision 2030.

• Principal Structural Engineer: Lead structural design delivery for complex and high-profile building projects; provide technical leadership and strategic input across projects; manage client relationships and act as a key technical advisor; oversee multidisciplinary coordination and ensure integration across design teams; drive innovation, digital delivery, and technical excellence; mentor and develop engineering teams.
• Senior Structural Engineer: Deliver structural design for buildings from concept through detailed design; coordinate with architects and multidisciplinary teams; perform analysis, design calculations, and technical reviews; support project delivery, timelines, and quality standards; assist in mentoring junior engineers.
• Design Structural Engineer: Support structural design and analysis under supervision; prepare calculations, reports, and design documentation; assist in developing structural models and drawings; coordinate with internal teams to support project delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Proven experience in building structural design (high-rise, commercial, mixed-use, or complex structures)
• Strong knowledge of international design codes and standards (e.g., Eurocodes, ACI, BS)
• Experience working in the Middle East, preferably in KSA
• Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, SAP
  2000, Revit)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• For senior roles: demonstrated leadership in project delivery; strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience; ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects
