  • Ensure quality assurance and quality control procedures are applied across geotechnical studies, calculations, reports, drawings and design recommendations.
  • Identify geotechnical risks early and support mitigation plans related to ground conditions, settlement, excavation stability, groundwater, seismic behaviour and constructability.
  • Prepare, review and consolidate technical reports, engineering assessments, design notes, review comments and geotechnical recommendations.
  • Mentor geotechnical engineers and support professional development, technical consistency and high‑quality engineering delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, consultants, contractors and project teams on geotechnical matters.
  • Support construction teams with geotechnical clarifications, technical reviews, field issues and practical engineering solutions during delivery.
  • Maintain clear documentation of geotechnical assumptions, technical decisions, risks, review comments and lessons learned.
