The Junior Civil Engineer – Civil Works will support engineering teams by learning and performing civil engineering tasks within a structured development environment. The role provides practical exposure to engineering analysis, design coordination, project controls, procurement, construction management and discipline‑based engineering assignments. It helps build future technical capability by giving the engineer supervised experience in company procedures, engineering theories, project documentation, CAD tools, and real project delivery practices.

• Learn and perform a range of civil engineering duties under close supervision from senior engineers and project team members.
• Apply basic engineering techniques, calculations, checks, and analysis methods within the civil engineering discipline.
• Support engineering assignments that may involve design coordination, documentation review, technical inputs, and project delivery assistance.
• Participate in structured rotational assignments across project controls, procurement, construction management, and engineering disciplines when required.
• Gain practical exposure to company procedures, engineering standards, project workflows, and technical documentation requirements.
• Assist with computer‑aided engineering and computer‑aided design activities using CAD, CAE, and other engineering software packages.
• Support preparation, review, and organization of drawings, design information, reports, records, and engineering deliverables.
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical, project controls, procurement and construction teams to understand multidisciplinary project requirements.
• Assist in reviewing site‑related information, construction inputs, engineering data and project documentation.
• Develop understanding of design intent, constructability, quality expectations, and project execution needs.
• Communicate clearly with team members in Arabic and English to support technical coordination and project follow‑up.
• Follow instructions, ask informed technical questions, and complete assigned work in line with quality, safety, and schedule expectations.
• Build professional knowledge of civil engineering practices, infrastructure delivery, construction processes, and engineering software tools.
• Support continuous learning by applying feedback from supervisors and improving technical accuracy across assigned tasks.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related engineering field.
• 3 to 7 years of related work experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, construction support, design coordination or project delivery.
• Saudi national candidate as required for this role.
• Basic civil engineering knowledge with an interest in developing broader technical exposure across project disciplines.
• Familiarity with CAD, CAE and other engineering software packages.
• Ability to work in a developmental role under close supervision while building confidence in engineering theories and practices.
