Job Purpose

To design, engineer, and develop customized containerized data center power modules, ensuring the seamless integration of MV/LV switch gear, transformers, UPS, and STS systems within an Engineer-to-Order (ETO) manufacturing environment.

• Design and engineer customized, containerized data center power solutions in line with client specifications and ETO requirements.
• Develop detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation for the integration of MV/LV switch gear, transformers, UPS, and STS systems.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable standards, specifications, and internal engineering guidelines.

• Analyze project requirements, technical constraints, and operational conditions to define optimal power module configurations.
• Conduct engineering evaluations and feasibility assessments to support design decisions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues arising during product development and system integration.

• Implement design enhancements to improve efficiency, reliability, and manufacturability of data center power solutions.
• Identify and recommend innovative engineering approaches, components, and materials to optimize product performance and cost.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through design standardization and lessons learned integration.

• Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.

• Perform the planned activities to meet operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
• Provide periodic reports detailing deviations and execution of planned tasks.

• Solve related problems and elevate complex operational issues.

• Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes, including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities as much as possible.

• Comply with related policies, procedures, and work instructions.

• Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or any relevant field.
