About the roleWe are seeking a Senior Site Civil Engineer (Utilities) to lead supervision activities across utilities infrastructure projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise utilities works (water, sewer, stormwater, telecom)
- Ensure compliance with design drawings, standards and HSE requirements
- Lead site inspections, testing, and contractor coordination
- Monitor project progress using digital reporting tools
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
- 10‑15+ years in utilities construction supervision
- Strong experience in GCC infrastructure projects
- PMP/PE preferred
