The Senior Construction Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing commercial and residential construction projects, with a strong focus on housing developments. The role involves leading multi‑disciplinary teams, supervising construction activities, and ensuring all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and Saudi codes and standards, while maintaining the highest levels of quality and safety throughout the project lifecycle.

• Good knowledge in planning software and scheduling.
• Good knowledge of reading contracts and reviewing contracts documents.
• Monitored the work as per the drawing specification and Bill of Quantities.
• Sequencing construction operations according to scope, cost & time.
• Coordinating with the different disciplines for smooth progress.
• Attended site meeting & coordination meeting to discuss project progress to ensure everything settled on track.
• Reviewed materials delivered to site for conformance with approved samples, materials, and equipment.
• Managed properly the daily, weekly and monthly project progress report.
• Applying best practice solutions by solving technical problems appeared at site.
• Promoted with environmental compliance and applying safety regulations and ensure staff are following health and safety guidelines.
• Overhauled start‑up work, testing, commissioning, and handover of the work.
• Applied closing requirements as per the approved contract and specifications.

• 7-9 years of relevant experience
• Degree in Civil Engineering Technology or a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience in civil design, drafting, or construction documentation
• Proven expertise in civil engineering design, project management, and construction methodologies
• Strong understanding of local codes, regulations, and standards applicable to civil works in Saudi Arabia
• Proficient in engineering software, including but not limited to AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other related design applications
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills, with keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Experience in mentoring and developing engineering talent
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
• Ability to simplify and clearly explain technical engineering concepts
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Commitment to producing accurate, high‑quality work.
• Strong technical understanding of design development, construction supervision, and project documentation.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within all engineering projects
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
