Responsibilities
- 1. Troubleshooting,
- 2. Assists in the day to day monitoring, and maintaining of BMS for multiple locations,
- 3. Performs system checks, monitors and responds appropriately to alarms, and interprets trending data.
- 4. Assists coordinating technical, maintenance, and operations personnel to troubleshoot operating problems.
- 5. Assists in performing scheduled and unscheduled preventive maintenance.
- 6. Carry out planned preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, remedial repairs and adjustments to BMS to provide operational effectiveness and continuity of service.
- 7. Monitor, control, and maintain the operations of BMS and proactively provide intervention to diagnosis, probable faults and interruptions to service.
- 8. Provide technical support with all MEP projects, including supporting the design, installation, commissioning of new assets and systems.
- Applicant must have a Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Telecommunications.
- Applicant must have previous relevant experience of 3 years plus.
