Hatch, in partnership with Ma’aden, is seeking motivated Saudi National engineering graduates to join our growing team supporting major mining and infrastructure projects across the Kingdom. This program offers a unique opportunity to develop technical and professional skills within a world‑class engineering environment aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and localization objectives.

• Support engineering design, analysis, and project execution within your discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil)
• Assist in the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, calculations, and reports
• Participate in multidisciplinary project teams across mining, metals, and infrastructure projects
• Contribute to site activities, inspections, and coordination with contractors and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with project standards, safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines
• Utilize engineering tools and software relevant to your discipline (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, Excel, design platforms)
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing across teams
• Mechanical Engineering (static and rotating equipment, piping, HVAC)
• Electrical Engineering (power systems, distribution, protection, instrumentation)

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
• 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
• Strong academic performance and foundational engineering knowledge
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken);
  Arabic is a must.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and work in a collaborative, multicultural environment
