Planning and Scheduling engineer

Responsibilities

• Implementation of the overall planning and scheduling strategy for the project.
• Prepare and manage detailed project schedules (using Primavera P6 or similar software).
• Monitor project progress against baseline, identify variances, and propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for senior management and clients.
• Support risk management, cost planning, and resource allocation processes.
• Ensure all planning and scheduling activities comply with contractual and company standards.
• Oversee earned value management (EVM) and performance tracking.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on infrastructure and residential projects.
• Proven track record in PMC (Project Management Consultancy) environments.
• Expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong understanding of project controls, reporting, and KPIs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PSP, or similar certifications are an advantage.
