Responsibilities
- Implementation of the overall planning and scheduling strategy for the project.
- Prepare and manage detailed project schedules (using Primavera P6 or similar software).
- Monitor project progress against baseline, identify variances, and propose corrective actions.
- Coordinate closely with project managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for senior management and clients.
- Support risk management, cost planning, and resource allocation processes.
- Ensure all planning and scheduling activities comply with contractual and company standards.
- Oversee earned value management (EVM) and performance tracking.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on infrastructure and residential projects.
- Proven track record in PMC (Project Management Consultancy) environments.
- Expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Strong understanding of project controls, reporting, and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, PSP, or similar certifications are an advantage.
