Customer Solution Engineer Project - MP Order

Job Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic Customer Solution Engineer Project – MP Order. The role involves providing technical expertise to identify the most suitable KONE product for customer requirements and ensuring that all technical requirements are met with KONE’s product offerings.

• Communicate with customers or project teams by attending regular customer meetings, project follow‑up meetings, and site coordination meetings.
• Act as the point of contact between customers and KONE for all technical points, working with the Project Manager.
• Collaborate with Sales to find the optimal KONE product for non‑standard and major projects, selecting the correct product platform to support the offer.
• Collaborate with Supply Line to place orders to factory, ensuring correct documentation and procedures, and follow up manufacturing and material delivery dates.
• Participate in product and new service release information‑sharing sessions.
• Provide technical training to Sales, Installation and Maintenance teams as required.
• Offer input on product portfolio customization, standardization and interface requirements.

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the elevator business or another relevant field.
• Excellent verbal and written English and Arabic linguistic skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer handling skills.
• Understanding of different building types and customer segments.
• Good knowledge of environmental and sustainability requirements and norms.
• Good CAD and optional BIM skills.
• Basic knowledge of competitors’ products.
• Good understanding of a product’s total costing, local norms and regulations.
