We are seeking a Senior / Team Leader Mechanical Site Engineer with strong experience in Testing & Balancing and related fields. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, leading a team of engineers/technicians, ensuring quality execution, and delivering projects to the highest standards.

• Lead and supervise site teams in executing HVAC Testing, Adjusting & Balancing activities.
• Ensure proper implementation of system validation procedures (HVAC, BMS, IAQ, Medical Gas, etc.).
• Oversee calibration, thermal mapping, and firefighting system testing at project sites.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and client requirements to ensure compliance.
• Conduct site inspections, measurements, and performance checks for mechanical systems.
• Prepare and review technical reports, test results, and project documentation.
• Ensure quality standards, safety regulations, and project deadlines are met.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training to junior engineers and technicians.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients for project progress and handover.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 4–9 years of hands‑on experience in HVAC Testing & Balancing and system validation.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and site operations.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
