Sr. Engineer Product Development Electrical, Data Center | Electric

To design, engineer, and develop customized containerized data center power modules, ensuring seamless integration of MV/LV switch gear, transformers, UPS, and STS systems within an Engineer‑to‑Order (ETO) manufacturing environment.

• Design and engineer customized containerized data center power solutions in line with client specifications and Engineer‑to‑Order (ETO) requirements.
• Develop detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation for the integration of MV/LV switch gear, transformers, UPS, and STS systems.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable standards, specifications, and internal engineering guidelines.
• Analyze project requirements, technical constraints, and operational conditions to define optimal power module configurations.
• Conduct engineering evaluations and feasibility assessments to support design decisions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues arising during product development and system integration.
• Implement design enhancements to improve efficiency, reliability, and manufacturability of data center power solutions.
• Identify and recommend innovative engineering approaches, components, and materials to optimize product performance and cost.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through design standardization and lessons learned integration.
• Obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.
• Perform planned activities to meet operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
• Provide a periodic report detailing deviation and execution of planned tasks.
• Solve related problems and raise escalations for complex operational issues.
• Ensure quality requirements and develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes.
• Coordinate well‑defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities.
• Comply with related policy and procedures and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined work area to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high‑quality products/services.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or any relevant field.
