ELV Engineer

Our client is seeking to appoint an ELV Engineer to join their electrical and technology systems division.

An established organisation delivering specialised FM solutions for high-security, high-profile estates. The company manages advanced technical systems to ensure safety, efficiency, and seamless operations across critical environments.

Reporting to the Electrical Consultant, the ELV Engineer will manage and evaluate the performance of contractors responsible for Extra Low Voltage systems, including CCTV, access control, fire alarms, BMS, and public address systems. The role ensures compliance with technical standards, regulatory frameworks, and client expectations.

• Supervise and audit ELV service contractors
• Ensure maintenance activities meet SLAs and manufacturer standards
• Review and approve technical documentation
• Conduct site inspections and verify system performance
• Identify non-conformities and track corrective actions
• Liaise with clients and contractors for technical coordination
• Ensure compliance with Saudi and international standards
• Prepare technical reports and performance summaries
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend improvements

The successful candidate will have strong ELV engineering experience and demonstrate:

• Technical expertise in ELV systems and system integration
• Experience managing contractors in complex or high-profile facilities
• Strong documentation, auditing, and communication skills
