Responsibilities
- Rapidly assess and diagnose AOG situations, pinpointing the root cause of aircraft unserviceability to initiate swift recovery.
- Coordinate and procure critical aircraft parts and components, leveraging global supply chains and AOG networks to minimize downtime.
- Manage and liault with maintenance teams, MROs, and third-party vendors to ensure timely and compliant repairs.
- Navigate complex regulatory requirements and documentation, ensuring all AOG actions adhere to aviation standards and safety protocols.
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, operations, or logistics, with a focus on AOG support.
- Proven understanding of aircraft systems, maintenance procedures, and aviation regulations (e.g., FAA, EASA).
- Certification in A&P (Airframe & Powerplant) or equivalent is highly advantageous.
