Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) studies for critical plant assets, applying the complete RCM methodology, including the seven RCM questions to identify optimal maintenance tasks.
- Conduct RCM, FMECA, Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis, and criticality assessments for rotating and static equipment.
- Develop optimized Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs based on reliability analysis and equipment criticality.
- Analyze equipment performance by calculating MTBF, Mean Time Between Failures, and determining appropriate PM frequencies.
- Create and optimize maintenance plans to improve asset reliability while reducing maintenance costs.
- Lead cross‑functional workshops involving Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Reliability teams.
- Provide technical guidance and training on RCM principles, reliability engineering, and best maintenance practices.
- Utilize GE APM Meridium for reliability analysis, asset performance management, and maintenance optimization.
- Utilize SAP CMMS for maintenance planning, PM development, work order management, and data analysis.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and recommend continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset performance.
- Minimum 8 years of maintenance experience, preferably with rotating and static equipment.
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience applying RCM methodology in accordance with SAE JA1011/JA1012 standards.
- Proven experience working on large‑scale industrial projects in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, or Heavy Industries.
- Strong knowledge of RCM principles and methodologies.
- In‑depth understanding of SAE JA1011 and SAE JA1012 standards.
- Expertise in conducting RCM, FMEA/FMECA, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Criticality Analysis.
- Strong knowledge of rotating and static equipment maintenance.
- Ability to calculate and interpret reliability metrics such as MTBF, MTTR, and equipment availability.
- Experience in developing optimized PM strategies.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
- Strong leadership, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- GE APM Meridium (mandatory)
- SAP CMMS (mandatory)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
- CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) certification is preferred.
- Additional certifications in Reliability Engineering or Asset Management will be an advantage.
