- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solar PV solutions.
- Conduct site assessments (remote or on-site) and feasibility studies.
- Prepare technical proposals, system designs, and cost-benefit analysis.
- Deliver product presentations and technical demonstrations to clients.
- Assist in tender preparation and respond to RFPs/RFQs.
- Act as the technical point of contact during the sales process
- Customize solutions based on evolving client feedback and site-specific constraints
- Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams to validate system configurations
- Support contract negotiations with technical inputs and risk assessments
- Stay updated on the latest solar PV and BESS technologies, inverters, batteries, and monitoring systems
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling complementary products (e.g., energy storage, EV chargers)
- Collaborate with product development teams to refine offerings based on market trends and customer feedback
- Support marketing with technical content for brochures, datasheets, and case studies.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or related field
- Experience in solar PV system design, sales engineering, or technical support
- Proficiency in PV design software (e.g., PVsyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD)
- Strong understanding of grid-tied and off-grid systems, inverters, and battery storage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Fluent in Arabic and English are preferred.
- Willing to travel frequently
