Senior Civil Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our engineering team in Riyadh. In this role, you will lead the planning, design, execution, and supervision of civil engineering projects ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate is a technically strong engineering professional with proven leadership experience and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead the planning, design and execution of civil engineering projects.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Supervise construction activities and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource utilization.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve engineering and construction challenges.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi building codes, engineering standards, and safety regulations.
• Review material specifications and approve technical submissions.
• Prepare engineering reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
• Identify project risks and recommend practical engineering solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance throughout project execution.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineering registration or Saudi Council of Engineers membership preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in civil engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural design, construction methods, and engineering standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and other engineering software.
• Experience working on large-scale commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Fluency in English;
  Arabic is an advantage.
• Saudi Nationality is required.
