** SJ Group is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced professionals for future opportunities in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).We are seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:
* ** GIS Expert & Geo Database Manager**
* ** BIM & GIS Technicians & Spatial Analysts**
* ** Info Works ICM Modellers
**** Key Responsibilities
**** GIS Expert & Geo Database Manager
*** Manage enterprise GIS databases and spatial data.
* Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with project standards.
* Support GIS analysis, mapping, and multidisciplinary coordination.
** BIM & GIS Technicians & Spatial Analysts
*** Prepare and maintain BIM and GIS models, maps, and spatial datasets.
* Perform spatial analysis and support project coordination.
* Assist with data management and project deliverables.
** Info Works ICM Modellers
*** Develop and maintain hydraulic and drainage models using Info Works ICM.
* Perform model analysis, validation, and reporting.
* Support flood, stormwater, and wastewater modelling projects.
** Requirements
* *** GIS Expert & Geo Database Manager
*** Bachelor's Degree in GIS, Geomatics, Geography, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
* 8–12 years of GIS and geodatabase management experience.
* Proficiency in ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, and geodatabase administration.
** BIM & GIS Technicians & Spatial Analysts
*** Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in GIS, Geomatics, Engineering, or a related field.
* 2–5 years of BIM/GIS or spatial analysis experience.
* Experience with ArcGIS, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or BIM platforms is an advantage.
** Info Works ICM Modellers
*** Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Water Engineering, or a related discipline.
* 3–8 years of experience using Info Works ICM for hydraulic and drainage modelling.
* Strong knowledge of stormwater, wastewater, and flood modelling principles.
