- Strong understanding of BIM workflows, LOD, BEP and coordination process
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 - Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams - good communication.
- Role Structure Civil Mechanical / Electrical BIM developer/coordinator
- Develop and coordinate structural and bridge models in Revit
- Develop and maintain BIM models for civil and infrastructure works
- Develop and coordinate mechanical BIM models
- Develop scripts in Dynamo
- Compliance with BEP, LOD, LOI and project standards
- Resolve clashes with other disciplines
- ACC management
- Participate in clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination
- Reporting and automation
- Quantity extraction, drawings production
- CGI, GIS, COBie
- Revit structure
- Revit MEP
- Navisworks manage
- Power BI - reporting
- 4D process
- Virtual reality environment - Dynamo
- Logistic coordination
