Requirements:
- CCNA Voice or CCNP Collaboration/Voice certification (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
- Experience with Cisco Voice Gateways (ISR).
- Good understanding of SIP, H.323, MGCP, SRST, and CUBE.
- Experience with Cisco Unity Connection.
- Knowledge of QoS for voice networks.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting tools and network protocols.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in implementation and support of enterprise voice solutions.
- Experience working in telecom or system integration projects is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
