Telecommunications Supervisor

About the Role

We are looking for a telecommunications Supervisor to support the Operation & Maintenance activities for Riyadh Metro Line 3. The successful candidate will lead maintenance activities, ensure the reliability and availability of mission-critical telecommunications systems, and coordinate with internal teams to maintain safe, efficient, and high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of telecommunications systems.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability of mission-critical telecommunications systems.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis to restore services and ensure operational continuity.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and company operational standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Telecommunications Operation & Maintenance.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Expert-level hands-on experience with TETRA systems (mandatory).
• Experience in railway or metro telecommunications systems is highly preferred
  .
• Experience with CTN, DCS, PA/PIS, IP Telephony, ECP, or other mission‑critical telecommunications systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication, leadership, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
