Associate Structural Engineer

Wentworth, part of the Keltbray Group, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Associate – Structural Engineer to support the growth of our Saudi Arabia operations in Riyadh.

As an Associate, you will play a pivotal leadership role in delivering complex structural engineering projects, driving technical excellence, mentoring engineers, developing client relationships, and contributing to the strategic growth of the business.

• Lead and deliver complex structural engineering buildings designs
• Oversee structural design solutions across both Structural and Construction engineering disciplines
• Manage technical quality, programme delivery, commercial performance, and client satisfaction
• Review and approve calculations, drawings, specifications, and engineering reports
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineers and technicians
• Drive innovation, sustainable design, and BIM implementation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders
• Support the Country Director with business development and help secure future opportunities through delivery excellence

• Degree-qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering from a known reputable University
• Chartered Engineer preferred (e.g.’s CEng, MICE, CPEng or MIStructE)
• Minimum 10+ years' post-graduate experience with preferred minimum of 4 years experience in the middle east
• Extensive expertise and passion for complex structures, structural steel design, reinforced concrete design, sub-structure design and structural systems
• Strong knowledge of ACI, Wind and Seismic design, FE modelling and industry best practices
• Proven experience leading a team, project delivery from Concept to IFC, delivering commercial success and client satisfaction
• Excellent communication, excellent English language skills, technical leadership, and client-facing skills
