Job Description ## About the RoleBEC Arabia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced
** Project - Electrical Engineer
** to join our dynamic Project Management team in Riyadh. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of electrical engineering components across some of the Kingdom's most iconic infrastructure and construction projects, including mega-developments under Saudi Vision 2030. As a key contributor, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, sustainable, and high-quality solutions that meet client expectations and regulatory  this role, you will oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with the
** Saudi Building Code (SBC)**,
** Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)
** requirements, and international standards such as
** ISO 9001
** and
** ISO 45001**. Your day-to-day activities will include project planning, technical reviews, contractor coordination, and on-site inspections. Key Responsibilities
* ** Lead
* * the planning, design, and implementation of electrical systems for large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.
* ** Coordinate
* * with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
* ** Review
* * and approve electrical designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulatory standards.
* ** Monitor
* * project progress, budgets, and schedules, ensuring timely delivery of electrical components.
* ** Conduct
* * on-site inspections and quality assurance checks to verify adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
* ** Ensure
* * compliance with the
** Saudi Building Code (SBC)**,
** Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)
** registration requirements, and relevant safety regulations.
* ** Collaborate
* * with procurement teams to source and evaluate electrical materials and equipment.
* ** Develop
* * and maintain detailed project documentation, including technical reports, progress updates, and as-built drawings.
* ** Provide
* * technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.
* ** Identify
* * and resolve technical issues, proposing innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes.
* ** Liaise
* * with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.##

Required Qualifications
* ** Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
** or a related field.
* Minimum of
** 8 years of experience
** in electrical engineering within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
* Registration with the
** Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)**.
* Proficiency in
** AutoCAD**,
** ETAP**, and
** Revit MEP**.
* Strong knowledge of
** Saudi Building Code (SBC)
** and international standards such as
** ISO 9001
** and
** ISO 45001**.
* Demonstrated experience in managing electrical systems for large-scale projects, including design, installation, and commissioning.
* Familiarity with
** Primavera P6
** or similar project scheduling software.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.##

Preferred Qualifications
* ** Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
** or a related discipline.
* Certification in
** Project Management Professional (PMP)
** or equivalent.
* Experience with
** LEED
* * or
** Mostadam
* * green building standards.
* Previous involvement in
** Saudi Vision 2030
** giga-projects or similar large-scale developments.
* Knowledge of
** BIM (Building Information Modeling)
** processes and tools.## Working Conditions
* Based in
** Riyadh**, with occasional travel to project sites across Saudi Arabia.
* Primarily office-based with frequent on-site visits to active construction areas.
* Exposure to outdoor conditions, including high temperatures, during site inspections.
* Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required during on-site activities.
