Operations Continuity & Emergency Planning and Assurance Senior Engineer

• Active communication with the internal teams to identify potential riskswithin SAR infrastructure, systems, and equipment.
• Analyze the impact of various disruption scenarios on specific system sand infrastructure components.
• Develop and recommend feasible mitigation strategies to ensureoperations continuity.
• Design comprehensive plans for emergency exercises, ensuring theyalign with established standards and cover a range of potential scenarios.
• Coordinate with internal teams to implement exercise plans, fostering aculture of readiness and resilience.
• Actively monitor and evaluate the execution of emergency exercises,ensuring they meet established standards and objectives.
• Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance and preparedness.
• Organize and support the Incident response teams to test documentedplans.
• Analyze impact on, and risk to, essential business functions to identifyacceptable recovery time periods and resource requirements.
• Support the Section Head in researching and staying updated onemerging technologies and best practices relevant to operationalcontinuity and emergency preparedness in the railway industry.
• Propose innovative technical solutions for enhancing the effectiveness of emergency preparedness plans
• Contribute to the development and review of technical aspects of OCEPstandards and protocols.
• Analyze data from emergency exercises and incidents to identifyresource allocation gaps or inefficiencies.
• Develop recommendations for optimizing resource utilization based ondata insights

Basic

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in (Engineering, Transport,Logistics, Management, Railway Operations etc.)

Experince: A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience

• A good knowledge of the Kingdom's railwayindustry, contractual matrix and regulatory regime.
