- Develop and maintain detailed project plans ensuring alignment with project goals timelines and resource allocations
- Creating long short-term plans including setting targets for milestones and adhering to work deadlines
- Liaise and coordinate with supply chain design engineering finance and other departments to align with project requirements
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact on deliverables
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is essential.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing complex projects within the relevant industry.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred to validate expertise.
- Experienced in execution of Facade sector GRC, Precast, Alu+Glass, .
