We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Architecture Inspector to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a quality assurance professional responsible for ensuring that all architectural elements and construction activities meet the highest standards of excellence, compliance, and safety. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining project integrity, protecting stakeholder interests, and delivering exceptional results that align with our vision for outstanding construction quality.
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of architectural elements, including walls, drywall, doors, windows, finishes, and related components, to verify compliance with building codes, standards, and project specifications
- Perform detailed inspections and testing of materials and construction methods to assess quality, performance, and structural integrity
- Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and design details to ensure on‑site execution aligns with approved design intent and project objectives
- Identify potential issues proactively and communicate findings and recommendations clearly to project managers, architects, and stakeholders
- Coordinate collaboratively with contractors, architects, engineers, and other discipline inspectors to resolve change orders and quality concerns efficiently
- Conduct comprehensive final inspections to confirm that all architectural works meet required standards and project requirements
- Prepare detailed, well-organized inspection reports that include findings, recommendations, photographic documentation, and supporting evidence
