** Environmental Project Manager**, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our projects meet the highest environmental and sustainability standards. Based in Riyadh, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive compliance with environmental regulations, implement sustainability initiatives, and contribute to the success of iconic projects aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.

This role offers the unique opportunity to work on giga-projects and infrastructure developments that are shaping the future of the region. You will oversee environmental assessments, manage compliance with Saudi and international standards, and lead initiatives that enhance BEC Arabia’s reputation as a leader in sustainable construction. Your expertise will directly impact the environmental performance of projects, ensuring alignment with the Kingdom’s ambitious sustainability goals.

You will join a dedicated Environmental & Sustainability Department, working alongside industry experts to integrate green building practices and innovative solutions into every stage of the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
* ** Lead
* * environmental impact assessments (EIAs) and ensure compliance with Saudi environmental regulations and international standards.
* ** Develop
* * and implement environmental management plans (EMPs) tailored to specific project requirements.
* ** Monitor
* * construction activities to ensure adherence to environmental and sustainability guidelines, including ISO 14001 standards.
* ** Coordinate
* * with project teams, clients, and regulatory bodies to address environmental concerns and obtain necessary permits.
* ** Ensure
* * compliance with Saudi Vision 2030 sustainability goals, including Mostadam and LEED green building standards.
* ** Conduct
* * site inspections and audits to identify and mitigate environmental risks.
* ** Prepare
* * detailed environmental reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
* ** Train
* * project teams on environmental best practices and regulatory compliance.
* ** Collaborate
* * with design and engineering teams to integrate sustainable solutions into project planning and execution.
* ** Advocate

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in
** Environmental Engineering**,
** Environmental Science**, or a related field.
* Minimum of
** 8 years
** of experience in environmental management within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
* Professional certifications such as
** ISO 14001 Lead Auditor**,
** NEBOSH Environmental Management**, or equivalent.
* Proven experience with
** environmental impact assessments (EIAs)
** and
** environmental management plans (EMPs)**.
* Strong knowledge of
** Saudi environmental regulations**, including compliance with the Saudi Vision 2030 sustainability framework.
* Proficiency in tools such as
** GIS software**,
** AutoCAD**, and
