We are Looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior FM Estimation Engineer to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare accurate cost estimates and commercial proposals for Facility Management (FM) services.
- Review tender documents, specifications, and scope of work.
- Conduct site visits and quantity take-offs where required.
- Coordinate with operations, procurement, and technical teams to develop competitive bids.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities while ensuring compliance with client requirements.
- Support tender submissions and commercial clarifications.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline).
- 7+ years of experience in FM estimation, costing, and tendering.
- Strong knowledge of Hard and Soft FM services.
- Experience with CAFM/FM contracts and pricing models is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimation tools.
