Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day MEP construction activities on site.
Review and monitor MEP shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and RFIs.
Ensure MEP works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, local codes, and project requirements.
Conduct inspections and witness testing and commissioning activities.
Monitor contractor progress and identify potential delays or quality issues.
Coordinate MEP activities with civil, architectural, and other disciplines.
Review contractor progress reports and verify completed work.
Raise NCRs, site observations, and follow up on corrective actions when required.
Attend site meetings and provide technical support to the Project Manager and Resident Engineer.
Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards throughout project execution.
Participate in snagging, de-snagging, and project handover activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
7 years of experience in MEP site supervision within PMC or consultancy environments, including work on large-scale building, commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects.
Mechanical engineering background, with strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, electrical, and ELV systems.
Experience preparing technical reports for construction or MEP projects.
Familiarity with international standards and local authority regulations, including the Saudi Building Code.
Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English.
Experience coordinating with contractors and client-side teams is a plus.
