We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Senior Electrical & Low Current (LC) Technical Office Engineer - EL-02 in the GCC Region. Our client is a reputed organization in the Electrical Infrastructure and Commercial Contracting sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead strategic value engineering initiatives to optimize project costs and improve bid competitiveness.
- Review consultant designs and identify cost-effective engineering alternatives.
- Manage end-to-end tender reviews, scope validation, risk assessment, and RFI preparation.
- Develop commercial pricing for transformers, generators, switchgears, UPS systems, and related equipment.
- Coordinate BIM activities using Revit MEP and Navisworks for clash detection and constructability reviews.
- Review and approve IFC shop drawings and multidisciplinary coordination deliverables.
- Manage technical submittals, variation claims, contractual correspondence, and change impact assessments.
- Ensure compliance with NEC, IEC, NFPA, MEW, KFF, MOMRA, and HCIS regulations.
- Value Engineering - Cost optimization and bid-winning strategies.
- BIM Coordination - Advanced Revit MEP and Navisworks proficiency.
- Electrical Design & Analysis - ETAP load flow, short circuit, and protection studies.
- Regulatory Compliance - GCC authority approvals and international code compliance.
- Primavera P6 or MS Project scheduling exposure.
- BMS and Low Current system integration expertise.
- GCC authority approval and stakeholder management experience.
Candidates must possess 7-10 years of experience in electrical infrastructure or commercial contracting projects. Strong exposure to large-scale GCC projects, tender management, value engineering, commercial negotiations, and technical office leadership is mandatory. Experience handling multi-million-dollar bids is highly preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E /
B.Tech /
B.Sc) - Preferred:
Chartered Engineer / UPDA / Grade-I GCC License - Additional: ETAP, BIM, Revit MEP, NFPA or equivalent certifications
