El Seif Engineering Contracting Company in Riyadh is seeking an Officer - HSE to ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies on projects. You will prepare safety plans, conduct orientations, review methods, and lead inspections to mitigate hazards.
The role requires a Diploma/BA in safety, NEBOSH/IOSH/OHSA certification and at least 3 years' HSE experience in large operations, with preference for Middle East exposure.
