Role ContextThis graduate role provides structured exposure to the planning, design, coordination, and delivery of engineering solutions across building and infrastructure assignments. The selected candidate will assist senior professionals with calculations, drawings, reports, inspections, and technical documentation while gaining an understanding of real project requirements. Working with mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, and architectural disciplines will help the graduate develop a broad technical foundation.
The position supports project quality and coordination while preparing the employee for increasing levels of responsibility within professional engineering practice.
- Assist with the preparation and revision of engineering drawings, calculations, schedules, and technical reports.
- Support senior engineers with the design and analysis of systems, structures, and project components.
- Participate in site visits, inspections, surveys, and technical data collection activities.
- Record site observations accurately and help organize information for further technical review.
- Contribute to project documentation, presentations, design submissions, and progress records.
- Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, and architectural teams to support integrated solutions.
- Assist in reviewing project specifications, drawings, applicable standards, and client requirements.
- Help prepare material submittals, technical queries, design clarifications, and supporting documents.
- Learn and apply relevant engineering codes, quality procedures, safety requirements, and industry practices.
- Attend coordination and project meetings and contribute to technical problem-solving discussions.
- Update calculations, drawings, and reports based on comments from senior engineers and project stakeholders.
- Complete assigned technical and administrative duties within agreed quality standards and deadlines.
- Maintain organized project files and ensure technical information is recorded clearly.
- Seek guidance when needed and apply feedback to improve technical accuracy and professional performance.
Applicants should hold a bachelor 's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related discipline.
