OMED Group is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Site Engineer to support the successful execution of contracting and technology infrastructure projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on site engineering and project execution across ICT, telecommunications, ELV, low current systems, and structured cabling projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating installation and testing, supporting commissioning, and ensuring project works comply with approved technical drawings, BOQs, specifications, quality requirements, and project schedules. The position requires strong coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary site teams.

This is a senior site engineering opportunity for a professional with 10+ years of relevant experience who wants to further develop expertise in ICT and telecom infrastructure projects. • Supervise day-to-day site engineering activities for ICT, Telecom, ELV, Low Current, and Structured Cabling projects.
• Monitor installation activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project specifications.
• Coordinate site activities with project schedules and construction requirements.
• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and project execution activities.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work meets project requirements.
• Identify site issues and coordinate timely corrective actions.

• Review and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project documentation.
• Ensure site activities comply with approved technical requirements.
• Coordinate technical requirements with project management and engineering teams.
• Identify technical conflicts and site constraints and support effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate project and site documentation.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal site teams.
• Attend site meetings and provide technical updates as required.
• Address technical queries and coordinate required actions.
• Maintain professional communication with project stakeholders.
• Support project handover and completion activities.

• Supervise installation of ICT, Telecom, ELV, Low Current, and Structured Cabling systems.
• Coordinate testing and commissioning activities.
• Verify completed installations against approved drawings and specifications.
• Identify defects and coordinate rectification activities.
• Support final inspection, testing, and project handover.

• Monitor project progress and report site activities to project management.
• Maintain records of completed works and site activities.
• Support quality inspections and compliance requirements.
• Monitor project execution against approved schedules.
• Assist with resolving technical and operational issues affecting project progress.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in site engineering and contracting projects.
• Strong hands-on experience in ICT, Telecom, ELV, Low Current Systems, and Structured Cabling projects.
• Proven experience in site supervision, installation, testing, commissioning, and project execution.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
• Strong coordination skills with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and site management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and project priorities.
• Must be currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
