A leading contracting company in Saudi Arabia is hiring an experienced Building & Utility Inspector to join its maintenance and engineering team in Riyadh. This position is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in building and commercial establishment maintenance who are seeking long-term career growth within the construction and facilities management industry.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in inspecting building systems, ensuring maintenance quality, supporting cost estimation activities, and maintaining compliance with engineering standards. Key Responsibilities- Conduct inspections of building and utility systems to ensure compliance with project standards.
- Monitor maintenance activities for commercial and building facilities.
- Identify defects and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and technical documentation.
- Support project teams with cost estimation and maintenance planning.
- Ensure work complies with safety regulations and engineering specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and maintenance teams.
- Assist in maintaining quality standards throughout project execution.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building and commercial establishment maintenance.
- Proven experience in cost estimation is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of building maintenance systems and utility inspections.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Maximum age: 45 years.
- Basic Salary: SAR 3,700 (Non-Negotiable)
- Food Allowance: SAR 300
